Why would it matter if moore "had a thing" with mainieris daughter? One time that happened ochinko got a starting gig out of it.

Not gonna do it in detail on here. Let's just say that the team lacks "chemistry" for some reason. I doubt this was a topic at your Coach's Committee meetings.

Okay. So an unsubstantiated rumor.

All I was saying was that your point about the number of errors he has doesn't mean anything to the argument.

And as for Bregs, the guy gives it his heart and soul, and has been playing better as of late.

He's just not an elite college baseball player. He had a great freshman season but it's alarming that he hasn't been able to adjust with pitchers figuring him out.

And he sits on a high horse. Nobody like that. Just my opinion.

I don't know--see my earlier post in this thread, but I do know it would not have been Bregman. No slight to Bregman. This was Coach's doing.

How could that not be a slight to Bregman?

I'm not saying you are wrong, but unless I misunderstood, these guys don't want to follow Bregman for some reason...despite the fact that he works as hard as he does.

There's a lot more to leadership than working hard.

I've said all along that this was just my opinion Russian.

When I am at the games ( and I make as many or more than you do) I see the interaction between players and between players and coaches and form my opinions. I also have friends/relatives who attend LSU and are friends with players. Also, I am of the age where I have friends who have sons on the team. I take all this info and form opinions, rather than just listening to what I am told at Coach's Committee meetings.

If Paul hated every guy who banged his daughter he'd hate half of BR.

Nobody likes that guy at work that always talks about how much time they put in but aren't hitting the numbers.

He's got a lot of daughters. Baton rouge wouldn't be the only town he hated.

Please don't think I am bashing Bregman. What I am saying is that Coach declared that this was his team and it was not.

There are intangibles involved in being a leader. It is not just working hard. Coach set him up to fail IMO.

How long do we call Bregmans "slump" a slump? How long before maybe its called being an avg SEC hitter and not the all world hitting machine we thought he was going to be?

He's had a rough year by his standards. I think he will have a big bounce back season next year.

Are you basing this on anything other than blind hope?
