What you’re saying is simply not true. CDC is reporting 4,100 new hospitalizations and 750 deaths of fully vaccinated patients. New York alone has reported over 7k fully vaccinated hospitalizations.

Lets look at the entire USA, state infection rates can vary do to differences in vaccination rates, demographic differences, etc.
According to CDC, 83% of this Surge is among unvaccinated, 17% have been vaccinated. In addition, LA, CA, FL and AL are the 4 states seeing the largest surge. Well unfortunately for football fans, LSU opens in CA and plays in Alabama against the Tide and FL and AU have to play here.
Again, just looking at statistics from sources that should have the most complete data from all 50 States.

These cases didn’t start to rise until we hit over a million illegal border crossings. You can’t flood states with infected people then blame those states when prior to the flooding everything was down and in some cases those states had outperformed most in the country.
