Once all kids are vaccine eligible, let it run wild. Everyone alive in a few months will be vaccinated or have antibodies the hard way.Herd immunity w/a little dose of Darwinism.

Family friend tested positive a few days ago. Went on a vent yesterday. Died today. 42 years old.

Wear a fricking mask.

No it isn't. Politicians are the culprit. Name a democrat or a medical bureaucrat who has been consistent on the use of masks, social distancing, or vaccines.

I have heard most political leaders encouraging getting the vaccine, save a few extremist on both sides. In the rural South, this is not political. Hard core Republican White Trump voters and hard core Black voters who support Biden are equally anti-vaxxx.

Former President Trump got it and encouraged his supporters to get it on Fox back on Hannity back in March of this year.

So for the record, I am sick of the politicization of of the virus from all politicians, Right or Left, Republican or Democrat. They can all go to hell.

I talked to my Doctor, who knows my health record, did my physical and I took the vaccine.

Pretty much everyone that I know who got the vaccine tune out politicians and talk to their health care provider.

Politicians are not the culprit, people who listen to them are listening to the wrong people. Read what the leading Medical Schools in the World are saying.

John's Hopkins article below. They recommend all 3, but people with certain conditions as of now should not. Ok, but your doctor should know your health status.

So in the end, the large amount of people who are not vaccinated will be largely the reason LSU restricts stadium capacity.

150,000 people on campus for Florida or Auburn game, even if 1% infection rate is 1,500 people who then infect others.

Louisiana has about 15,000 hospital beds, so one LSU football game with a mass surge could result in 1,500 hospital beds being used for a COVID ward again.

Do we really as a State want to go there again?

Personally I don't. If have no problem with it, that is your business.

Like I said, I am vaccinated so if LSU requires proof of vaccination to attend football games, I will have the option to go.

people vaccinated are getting it as well

Most are asymptomatic or have super mild cases, but, yes, vaccinated people can transfer it from one anti-vaxxe(R) to another.

And I guess flooding those states with thousands of infected people every week doesn’t spread the virus at all right? The irony of you talking down to someone or throwing insults about this topic is hilarious. If the vaccine works as well as you claim worry about yourself and stay out of other peoples personal business.

Vaccinations don’t stop transmission. The fact that you can’t wrap your mind around this proves you’re nothing but a useful idiot, repeating talking points like a trained animal.

he rise in cases is directly related to the geographical vaccination rates as demonstrated in the below graphic. Look how good the northeast is doing - most of those states have vaccination rates above 60%.

Also peep the granola nutjob portions of eastern Oregon and Washington states.

But you keep believing what you want since you’re so smart.

The only LSU game I’m going to this year is in Pasadena, and that is if they allow fans. Seems people are wondering “how” the mess is coming back and how it will effect the football season.

A solution, or at least a path towards a solution, is a more vaccinated population. It the vaccination perfect? No. It is better than nothing? The data surely suggests it is.

If you can’t understand how that fact destroys your entire argument then you have no business insulting other people’s intelligence.

The political class is 100% to blame for this issue. Their lies, overreach and demonizations have created the entire argument.

Lol, that was great. Almost as enjoyable as watching these posters get so pissed off over a differing opinion.

Your argument against the perfect correlation between the vaccination rates by state alongside the regional rises in cases is what, exactly? Happenstance?

Dude, super sorry to hear this. Really am. My wife has dealt with dozens of covid deaths this year in her line of work and this is much more common than people think.

The fact that you received downvotes for your post suggests that some have to see it with their own eyes in order to believe it’s a problematic virus for some people. I don’t want to believe people are this ignorant or calloused.
