Hahahaha

If that is the case, why did he just put him on the OLine?

Can he tell this after three practices?

Used car salesman.

Was a 5 star level OT. Told schools he wanted to play DL. Dropped down to 3 star but worked back to a 4.

O gave him a shot at DL. He saw that his best path forward was OL. This was actually very well played by O.

The guy didn't want to play offensive line. He didn't go to Bama because they wanted him as an O lineman. Took some convincing, apparently.

Well he is probably telling the truth on this one. Problem is he has had all his college level development go towards defensive lineman up till this point. If he moves to offensive line he probably will be a monster after some development. I don’t know how much he could possibly help us right now though.

Please do not bring logical points to the rant. No room for that here.

Why would he rather play Dline over OLT? Does he not know where the real money in the NFL is at?

Dare wanted to play DL but he sees the need at OL. The kid is a monster. Has the ability to be a franchise OT

I don’t know, maybe because he probably would have gotten pissed off and transferred

Everyone has known this for YEARS. Everyone, except the kid. He decommitted from Alabama partially because they wanted him to play tackle but he wanted a shot at D line.

He was a 5* offensive line prospect. They give 5* raring to guys they project as first round picks.

Orgeron told the kid he could have a shot at defensive line, but everyone knew this switch was likely. It's not only for the best interest of the football team, it's in the kid's best interest as well.

This move isn't necessarily supposed to help us this year, but this guy will likely be a starter next year. That's huge.
