You’re the only person who thinks that matters if he comes 11-1 in 2015 or starts 2016 4-0
The offense was costing us games. If it wasn’t we wouldn’t care.
A better running game to start 2016, Harris actually progressing in 2016, a missed FG from wisconsin or that last play vs Auburn standing and Les may still be here.

Did you see lsu spreading anyone out this year or did you see the same max protect eligible formations?
No (on the spread). And the passing coordinator is gone.

Show me these 3rd down passing stats from 2011 rodge.
Well, it's not broken into passing but we ranked 110th in 3rd down pctg in 2015, and in the 40's in 2011
We had quite a few more first downs passing in 2011 than in 2015.
2015 3rd down efficiency was terrible.

So the oc cant overrule the passing game coordinator?

Getting blown out in 3 consecutive games.

Youre gonna gloss over the fact that efficiency was in no way what you posted?
Of course it was. Completion pctg, TDs to INTs, first downs passing, passer rating...
2011 blows 2015 out of the water. Not even close.

The responsibility rolls farther down the hill once again. I'm glad that guy is the only one with these kinds of opinions.

Here is what you said liar....

You're wrong. and we obviously know that...but let's take this part and unpack it a bit, because I think it illustrates one of my major fears in having Orgeron at the helm.
Let's assume for a second this fricking clown from Ohio is even partly correct...why on Earth would we as fans want a local guy, with the most obvious and crass local connections WE ALL ALREADY KNOW ABOUT at the helm of the LSU Football program if wins and losses don't fricking matter...just that the booster get fed at the trough? As fans, isn't that what WE ultimately care about?
Awesome...wonderful endorsement for Orgeron, bud. You just described Ed Orgeron as the boosters' Yes Man
I'm sure that this made sense in your head.

I have the same kind of thought when people say that Canada was forced on Orgeron. It doesn't make sense to me that they would demand Canada one season then turn around and be ok with hiring the TE coach the next.
Well, I'm not sure that's the point I was making. My point was that Orgeron troubles me because I think at the end of the day his local ties make him MUCH HARDER to get rid of than a guy not from here, and in bad times that's a terrible situation in which to be. And as you can see with Miles, we were REALLY far away from terrible times and pulled the cord 4 games into the season. So suggesting that Miles was not in good enough with boosters and we replace him with Orgeron ought to send of red flags for anyone even slightly familiar with LA politics or the history of the LSU football program.
Now...if you thought I meant that you don't understand how anyone would tout hiring our very own DL coach to replace miles when the goal seems to have been revamping the offensive side of the ball, yeah...that's a head scratcher, isn't it? And exactly as you put it, you don;t like Canada...so you hire a guy that has not been an OC in 20 years to replace him??
time after time we're told by fans they want A, then turn around and talk glowingly about how happy they are that they got Z. Makes no sense at all.

Hey liar...
There is this thing called post history.....

You didnt mention efficiency at all you just used totals and when proven wrong you switched.

Learning passing game is like learning Chinese to smash-mouth football guys like Miles and Orgeron.
But Orgeron now knows it is do-or-die. I like Orgeron (a lot), but if he doesn't field a leading edge offense soon, he'll be down the road too.

Did you prove him wrong by bringing up a season from 7 years ago?
Before the SEc started adopting the spread left and right?

Keep in mind...the only logical response to this is:
1) Even if we were winning if it wasn't the way we wanted we'd still be angry
2) Losing pretty is still more entertaining than winning ugly.
Both are idiotic.
Fans (including the subset BOOSTERS) started looking to find reasons for the losses. The offense was the most obvious cause. But...without them, there is nothing to look for and thus no logical reason to complain...

I proved him wrong using his stance....
He wanted to just use totals until proven wrong

Well, why wasn't he fired after this past season if all that matters is a successful passing game?
Disclaimer for Peej: I'm in no way saying I think he should have been fired. I'm strictly asking because of the previous posts that the boosters wanted a better passing game.

Head on a swivel.

You can't figure out that efficiency is a huge part of passing success? Holy shite!
It's not 2011. No one is going to win ranked in the 100's. In 2011 there were three SEC teams ranked in the top 50 in passing.

A 14-point loss to Bama isn't a blowout brother. If that'd happened this past season they would've thrown the HC a parade.
I think blowout starts at 3 scores.

Yes ,i can, but you in no way used efficiency rodge.
Here is what you posted......
Dont blame me for your dumbass cherrypicking of totals when in the beginning i said dont use totals.
