I wouldn’t expect much over the next 4 games. I don’t really see the level of professionalism on his part that would prevent him from just mailing it in.

Let’s face it, once we saw the caliber of this team’s play this year, we all knew the last half of the season would be a challenge…and it has absolutely nothing to do with whether O got fired or not.

If he were giving it his all, the product wouldn't be appreciably better. At any rate, he's not getting paid to coach. He's getting paid to keep his mouth shut

He shouldn't appear at all.

And he's unable to mask it.

I think he's done a pretty good job for a guy that has been fired.

Not good for the recruiting and Program nor for building to 2022.

It's a ridiculous plan to expect to get anything from Orgeron in recruiting. There is no way that they think it will help. I think they are just trying to buy as much time as possible.

Well good. That’s how our entire fan base feels about this season and last season.

That's going to be disgusting

I doubt it will be any worse than last year, but the reality is LSU can't win this game.

Whether they lose by 7 or by 70 is irrelevant. A loss is a loss is a loss.

Of course he's bitter

It boils down to personality, and to character.

Cholly Mac was fired before the 1979 season, yet he acquitted himself well, and his team that year played pretty good football for the lame-duck coach.

He probably feels LSU moved fast considering he just had a 15-0 title less than two years ago, but he made terrible hires and there

Actually he didn't. He said he knew it was coming after the kentucky loss.

He’s a child. That’s why he never should have been hired. Aleva is an idiot.

Cholly Mac was a damn fine coach; his defenses were incredible. Orgeron was never a good coach. As soon as Aranda left, he reverted to the coach that made Colonel Rebel cry.

I think he is just ready too see the season end...losing so many players and so much controversy both on and off the field...
I'm sure he saw this headed in a bad direction after the UCLA game and he could never correct it...
But I think his number one problem was hiring coaches who have not been good choices...along with all the off the field problems mainly guice and title nine.....

Charlie Mac and 0 are on exact opposite ends of the classiness scale. Could not be any further apart.

All of his bitterness is due to his own lack of development and care for the 2019 program that dropped in his lap.
He basked in the glory rather than insuring that the glory could continue with competent assistants.
Coach O got the swell head and did what a lot do when they lose after success.
