Free throws are something the players need to take upon themselves to work on before or after practice. They're only allowed to practice a certain amount of time each week and I doubt they want to waste much of that time shooting free throws.

You don't need to hire a whole new coach to learn to shoot damn free throws. It just takes lots and lots of practice, muscle memory, etc.

In high school our coach didnt let us leave the gym until we hit 10 straight free throws.

So you want LSU to violate practice rule requirements?

I think he's insinuating you're only allowed so many hours of practice a week and if we waited until we hit 10 straight FT's, we'd go over that hours limit

We could have hit most of our free throws today and it wouldn't have mattered. I know thats not the point of the OP, but Florida is on fire.

Free Throw shooting is on the players to get in a gym and get it done.

Jarell Martin struggled in Champ Game from line which is rare for him. He shoots 200 FT after every practice. These college kids need that dedication.
