He posted the same thing after the Texas game. Perhaps a mindset. There is only one game at a time. Don’t look ahead. Don’t look in the rear view mirror. Focus only on the next opponent.

Maybe they won so meant 1-0 for the week and keeping it one game at the time and not looking ahead. No clue, just a thought.

I think he's trash talking Georgia Southern and Northwestern. We're 1-0 as in Texas is the only real team we've played so far.

I take it you haven’t played sports or been around coaches much. It means we take one game, one moment at a time. Don’t look ahead into the future. Worry about what’s present first

They’ve talked about it before. Basically taking a one game at a time mindset. Focus on the opponent in front of you

Dont know if he is trolling or just following the same mindset as Herman. Every week so far Herman has made the same quote as he wanted "to be 1-0 this week"

24 hour rule. Then all records reset and focus on the next team. Bc the number of precious wins have zero bearing on the next opponent.

Its to keep his team focused. The teams only job EVERY week is to end it 1-0. The past and future is just noise. Block it out.
