No excuses. Period. This team didn't kill A&M. They've had plenty of close games. They aren't special. They just aren't scared and their coaching staff NOR their fanbase / AD etc etc accept excuses for being below the standard.
Period.
Period.

I hope our coordinaters are watching. Textbook lesson on how to beat Bama.

A&M game was too early to judge. Bryant was still on the team for that game.

Bama dominating TOP has more plays and yet Clemson is up 21 points with pretty much half the plays Bama has run.

All of the losers of this board said Bama's in a class of their own.
Guess Clemson didn't get that memo.

Ole Miss had already shown everyone how to do it. This board and most LSU fans ignored it or brushed it off.

This game will break the Alabama football program

One of the things Clemson is doing that we couldn’t do against Bama is.....
Protecting the QB
Plus, they are not afraid of Bama

No, but we decide what we will accept and not accept as fans and whether we will allow 6 or 7 people to continue to run PR campaigns that benefit coaches and not the success of LSU football.
Next year is a new year - with old standards. Time to get back to LSU football or move on.

I think I saw a stat that had Clemson scoring 37 points in 36 minutes.

It’s called coaching. They have it. We don’t.

Ben, I think it's very clear that it's time to move you from "pro o" category to "troll" category.
This game is a wakeup call for LSU fans and why it is important to maintain championship expectations and not get in to petty arguments with you.

It's simple pitch and catch. Nothing special.

A very close friend of mine is a Clemson fan. It’s true

Even LSU's 2013 season wasn't this good.
This is offensive is special, but there's no reason LSU can't hire coaches to bring this system / approach down to Baton Rouge.
Les Miles stuck to his stubborn old school offense. Orgeron has been more flexible, but it's clear more needs to be done.

Do you think they heard there was a game tonight? I hope so because it would be good if they saw this. I just worry that they may have not known about the game..you know with all of the excitement of the NFL playoffs and the Saints. Anyway, fingers crossed that they remembered bud. I agree with ya!
