CJ Stroud donated between 50-100k to Ohio States NIL collective. I wonder if this becomes a trend and if any former Tigers in professional sports, specifically football, donate to Bayou Traditions going forward instead of donating to football ops etc.

It would be symbolic but the real win is to get your fans…..all of them…..to donate.

Students
Boosters
Big shot boosters
But you need average fans to “put in n this…..maaan!”

Shaq has donated millions to LSU specifically. The Cox Auditorium was funded by him.

Tyrann has donated to LSU as well.

OBJ was going to donate to LSU but got in trouble for the cash handout at the 2020 NCG and withdrew the money he was going to give because LSU gave him a ban. It would've gone to building a new track weight room.

If 100k fans in tiger stadium donated $100 to Bayou Traditions, that’s 10,000,000 and a top recruiting class.

New college football is so dumb

Why would Shaq fund the Cox Communications facility?

This is Louisiana, that 10M would be closer to 1M after everyone gets their cut.

Brilliant idea: Charge to leave the game early. Free if you stay until time runs out.

Isn't it bad enough that we are paying TAF fees on rent a win games that you can't even give the tickets away if you aren't able to go? Seems like LSU is already milking season ticket holders for 3 uncompetitive OOC games every year.

It seems like the money is already coming in. They just need to get the accounting and routing of funds figured out.

The Auditorium houses the student athlete academic affairs offices and study hall on the second floor.

Two of our baseball players, Tommy White and Thatcher Hurd are donating their NIL money to local charities. Now that’s what I call buying in and being thankful for the opportunity to wear an LSU uniform. We need to recruit that type athlete.

That’s all good, but does nothing for NIL.

It would be nice if we could get some of our pro’s to make some contributions to the NIL collective.

Since you are all for telling others how to spend their money, I think you should donate: Bayou Traditions

We need a running list of posters like this when LSU doesn't get elite players from high school or the transfer portal.

I don't want to hear anybody mention a damn thing about why we can't get an elite player that went somewhere for money, if they aren't contributing. All these numbnuts complaining about not getting any Bama transfers are numbnuts that have not and will not contribute to that funding.
