It 100% isn't a coincidence. If somehow Wade, and LSU, come out of this, I hope Wade publicly calls out Vitale.

I think Cal is scared shitless of Wade.

Does no one read past headlines anymore?

quote:

With social unrest and injustice a big topic in the United States, Cisse thinks it would be insensitive to make a commitment right now. "It’s bigger than basketball what’s going on right now," a source told 247Sports. "We are to wait until things calm down a little bit."

Its hard to say, those things were happening over a week ago. Could just be a cover to see what happens with lsu or maybe it is just the protests

Posted this in the other thread and I believe it's 100% true:

Dickie is likely being paid by UK donors to stir up this controversy to delay Cisse's commitment to LSU, which he has been successful so far. It's being reported this morning that Cisse is postponing his commitment date. He was supposed to commit to the Tigers today. If Oliver Sarr is ineligible UK will make a push for Cisse to replace him.

Yes, I read past the headlines. And I still believe it's 100% not a coincidence.

He will believe whatever situation makes Wade look worse. Him and Lester Earl are two peas in a pod.

Maybe he, like the rest of us, expected the protests to be over in a week.

If Dick Is so sure about the NCAA allegation notice, then why not just wait for them to actually announce it and then talk about it? He could have just as easily gloated about being right after the announcement was official.

So what was the point of him tweeting about it ahead of time?

I think it is pretty obvious what he was trying to do. And it worked

The "official" explanation is harder to believe than the explanation to get Cisse to delay his commitment date.

"I'm going to delay my commitment date because of national protest."

See how absurd that sounds?

Because his goal was to get Cisse to delay his commitment date. UK wants Cisse because they are concerned 7' Oliver Sarr won't be eligible next season. If Oliver is ineligible Calipari wants 7' Cisse.

This is not rocket science.

No they really werent when he announced that he would make a decision in the next week, the protests didnt really kick up until Friday the 29th, he announced he would announce this week on the 27th. Things were not really heated at the time he said he would announce this week.

He's been in communication with our staff so it's not like he's playing games here.

Saban would have it done easily. REC would try to overthrow a South America country for a 5 star

Possible.
But, if you are advising Cisse, you may tell him to wait b/c of uncertainty over LSU, regardless of Kentucky's interest. Okie St. just got hammered and the No. 1 player in the country will not be eligible for post season play. I would advise ignoring Dickie V. but keeping an eye out for what happens to LSU before committing. To do otherwise would be foolish.

Dickie v is the slimiest weasel you'll ever come across. Without a doubt
