He wouldn’t miss a 31 yard FG.

That is one reason you have a shitty team. That should never happen.

Literally said “Cole Tracy would’ve made that”

Also there was time for one more quick fade.

That’s on the balless coach, the kicker only compounded the coach’s error.

Problem is Cole can’t kick a 55 yd FG. NFL kickers have to be able to kick it 50+ on a regular basis and he just doesn’t have it. It’s a shame but reality.

Zac Taylor had a terrible game plan. They drafted terrible too. They are just a terrible franchise. They gave Bobby Hart their LT a 3 yr extension and he is gonna get Joe killed. Drafting the Clemson WR in the 2nd instead of a solid OL was a mistake.

I’d rather a guy who’s automatic inside of 50, which Tracy was. Only miss came when we sent him out for the sole purpose of avoiding a shutout instead of trying to make it a 2-score game

Yup. They have plenty of WR threats. They desperately need an o line

Tracy got cut by the XFL, people need to just face it, he will never be an NFL kicker.

NFL kickers are only 63% from 50 yards or more as of last year. That number takes a big dip from 55+. So your argument is irrelevant.

NFL is pretty good at this. Cole has had workouts/tryouts not only in NFL, but also XFL and the AAF and the CFL.

He may catch on at some point but it’s not like he hasn’t had shots.

tracy doesn't have the leg to consistently create touchbacks on kickoffs. NFL kickers generally handle kickoff duties as well as FG kicking because it saves teams a roster spot. Have to have a big leg to kick in the NFL

But he missed a 33 yard field goal against Alabama in a 29-0 shutout. Even the good ones miss.

The primary issue isn't 55 yard field goals, it is he doesn't have the leg for kickoffs. You can't carry avery atkins just for kickoffs in the NFL

He was a good kicker in college just not enough leg for the NFL
