Y'all were saying Luke Fickell would have been a homerun hire and he hired Denbrock as his OC, too.

Wait a minute. All the trash being spread because CBK is choosing his staff from programs that have issues of some sort. So if you're on a mission to build a dynasty (oh, let's use Alabama), then Saban must have found his assistants by going to schools that had better SOSs, and his assistants were all name brand well known gurus that were never conservative (which is a buzz word for what works) and were up and coming or young or yada, yada, yada. I believe Brian Kelly was paid a pirogue of bucks to do one thing - win a championship and I'm confident he's doing that because he knows more about what that takes than the bozos here sitting in the stands throwing rocks because they don't have the stones to do his job.

Everyone that knows him has said he "adjusts to his talent"

He'll have plenty at LSU

It's nice to see there's one sportswriter left professional enough to talk nicely about a coach who left your team for a better job.

Could be because of the talent available to him. We will see.

Cinci was more talented than their competition

I don’t like how he is in his 60’s and was in BK’s wedding. Similar to Cam Cameron.

It's the same thing in a way.

The difference is the guy who is really determining what the team is going to run.

Anyone who evaluates Denbrook in a vacuum doesn't understand what's going on. Good or bad, this is about Kelly/Denbrook.

Damn, that’s all you need to know right there! How many years did we bring in dual-threat QBs and try to force them into a pro style offense?

Denbrock is a competent OC, but if anyone thinks LSU is about to go Lane Kiffin on people they will be disappointed.

I don't know a thing about Denbrock, good/bad/indifferent, it was just an observation I noticed in the highlights before the Cin/Bama game, the WR's were always wide arse open and that isn't normal in the SEC unless it is a blown assignment.
