And that’s a different thing than just straight line speed.

How many yards would there be between Hill and Bolt in a 100 meter race ? 10 or 11 ?

Hilton is a great track athlete. Always has been. The straight-line speed is effortless. He doesn't look like he's moving that fast. Then suddenly he's on you and by you. It just hasn't fully translated to every aspect of being at WR. He's not great in traffic between the hashes and he's not "sudden" in his movements like a guy in Nabers.

LSU has guys who are better in tight window. For Hilton his charge should be pretty simple...run!

He shredded Baylor after he stopped jumping early. He was having timing issues when returning from injury.

9 route all day. If successful, that's gonna back up the secondary.

Track surface (usually synthetic rubber) has more grip and slight “spring,” letting you push off harder without slipping.
• Grass is softer and can be uneven, so you lose some force into the ground and risk slipping, which slows you down.

What makes him even more impressive is his shuttle time and his explosiveness with his track background. He’s not just a straight line speed guy, his getting in and out of cuts is very high level. He gets to a high speed quickly.

Really excited to get him back!

According to practice reports they have put Pickett on Hilton in practice to get him used to covering SEC caliber receivers.

Respect!
