I can follow the flow and 'game feel' better with Cheer than CB.

CB has the strangest cadence for PBP. Popped up . . . (fair? foul? playable? ) . . . ???

Especially agree because I was listening with the app on my phone and then got a phone call and had to read the BPB while I was on the phone.

ETA: I got no problem with Blair, though.

It's Cheer's velvety smooth voice that wins me over to his side.

Cheer is awesome, but he certainly hasn't reached legendary Gmorgan status just yet.

I appreciate both of their efforts very much. No need to bash Blair like that

Yes, I usually mute the TV and turn up Cheer's audio to get the real flavor of the game.

Blair does a good job and he’s growing into the gig, but he’s still got a little too much wacky radio DJ guy in his delivery IMO

Blair is average because his actual baseball knowledge is not good. Maybe he'll get better but he's often lost.

CheerWine's PBP is great, serves a need, and is something I look forward to but -------- come on man.

I agree with you here. CB makes my ears want to bleed he is so boring when he calls an LSU baseball game. At least Jim put a little excitement into it.

I keep the audio up on my TV. I guess I like hearing the two try to talk over each other.

that isn't necessarily a bad reflection on Blair. some people have less difficulty with their brain functions using the written word vs the spoken word. sometimes this is due to a hearing problem or some congenital mental issue but it is often due to consumption of alcohol or certain drugs.
