78 here. My first game was in 1946 (I think) against Tulane. About all I remember was my uncle played, was
dinged up a bit, LSU won and I was given an official LSU football. I would give a lot if I had that ball now.
One of my many favorite players was Max Fugler who played on the White Tea...
