Trey Morgan is a stud a 1st why the hell change that. He got a good bat.
Unless they are movind belso to 1st and morgan to another infield position.
Morgan has saved at least 5 outs that wouldnt have been caught by anyone else.

Who said anything about Morgan moving off of first? And Morgan can’t play another infield position he is left handed.

I think it’s a reflection of the shite lineup management yes.
I usually give CPM the benefit of the doubt but I kind of have to agree with you here. He has managed this team as far as lineup construction pretty poorly so far this year. I really do think the talent is there he just has to find the right pieces in the right places.

It could be as simple as he wants to see Cranford and Doughty turn two a few times before penciling Cranford in at SS for tomorrow.
Does LSU practice?
Do they take infield prior to games?

He did ok until Gio and Doughty went down.
He did some things I disagreed with like Crews at leadoff but you could at least see the reasoning behind his moves.
When Doughty went down it’s like his brain turned to mush though. Just been bizarre since then.

I think he really wanted Bianco to work. I can see why he would want that he’s a veteran player that I am sure works extremely hard and is well liked on the team but the dude just simply cannot hit a baseball consistently. Has a ton of pop when he actually makes contact but he just can’t make contact enough.

If you're going to fake bunt or bunt and run or steal there, you don't leave Bianco on the bag with Hampton on the bench no matter how underrated you feel Bianco's speed is. Bianco was nearly safe - it wouldn't have even been close with Hampton running.

If you’re talking about the play I think you’re talking about it really wasn’t that bad of a bunt. They were just running a wheel on the left side and it was played perfectly.
That is the correct play and yes, they ran a wheel and did it damn well. Hat tip to the D. It was fun to watch even if it's against my team.

I could see leaving Arnold at 2B if he truly has arm issues. Otherwise, he needs to be at SS. But, I don't think I'd get putting Thompson at SS instead of Doughty. Aside from Hellmers' issues and Bianco's noodle arm (and Morgan saving some throws), infield play hasn't been an issue - Thompson has settled in at 3B, leave him alone.

Oh sorry. I guess I should probably bitch about the team not practicing until 12 games into the season then. It's about time.

You’re bitching about CPM practicing a different lineup before locking it in for a game?
you people will complain about anything

Thompson better start hitting if he wants to stay in the lineup.

Bruh, you said this...

If you think CPM needs to finally see Cranford and Doughty turn two 5 months into the 2021 season, you're nuts, OR if correct, CPM should be fired on the spot.

Thompson, Bianco and Milazo aren’t hitting.

I'm not sure why people think Cranford can't hit. I don't think we need HR power from him. Just get on base and let Crews have some RBI opportunities. The vodka shots with Crews up and nobody on are rough with work the next day.

How many shots for when Bianco is announced the starting SS?
