Yeah..no shite.
Thats why they offered Sorsby and when they knew Sorsby was going to tech, offered Leavitt.

He only needs to look at Nuss and realize another year could really reduce your draft level. He should go pro this year.

What’s stopping him from getting waiver then switch to LSU?

Would he make more than going Pro?
Posted on 1/5/26 at 11:02 am to dallastiger55
Well he ain’t going to have his coaching staff there anymore..so good luck lol

His stock won't get any higher and it's a weak QB class this year. He would be one of the top 3 QBs off the board. I did read yesterday where his D2 school was being a bunch of bitches with their records.
All depends on his grade and what his NIL deal is. There is a world where his NIL earnings would exceed what his guaranteed money would be getting drafted. Once you get to the bottom of the 2nd round, the guaranteed money falls below $2 million.

Why would he want to go back to college? His stock will never be higher than it is right now

Good for him. He is an awesome player. But not so awesome that Kiffin would risk losing out on a top QB while waiting on Trinidad, considering he has one year remaining at most. Look what Kiffin did with Dart over 3 seasons. That is what we need.

Chambliss will not be top 5 QB in draft if he goes pro. All the draft experts and analysts said he is not top 5 QB. Not early round draft but possibly late round, that's the latest. That's good reason why Chambliss is pushing to get extra year of eligibility so he can move up in draft in 2027.

Just taking the bag just in case. Can’t blame him.

Said no true LSU fan. Why do you want him staying at Ole Miss?

Very risky move for him unless he just thinks he has no shot at the NFL. (Or Ole Miss is giving him $3-4mm).
New OC (hoping a Lane protege can replicate his offense), losing 3/5 OL, #1 TE, and top 2 WRs.
Ole Miss did sign Jase Mathews who was a 5* WR, but worth noting that Mathews missed almost his entire senior year with a torn ACL.

Yeah, read his transcript…you know, you know, you know, you know. My God.

Said this several times bleeding heart NCAA people, hated the way it was all done w/ CLK(hate him too) this would always be a back door stipulation.

If he spends another year in college ball his draft stock will turn south just like Nuss's. I seriously don't see Golding returning that team to where it is now.

That’s too much of a jump to ask for the head coach and the starting quarterback to go to an SEC rival.
Don't WE (I'm an LSU Alum so I can post WE) want Lacy in here with Berry?
Posted on 1/5/26 at 5:56 pm to dallastiger55
It would be wise for his Agent to advise him to go pro, as next year isn’t a guarantee for better performance under a new OC coach. Makes no sense?
