I agree with you that the admin and their lack of leadership is the biggest issue.
But anytime anyone speaks in absolutes and/or says there is no grey area, I immediately discount their point.
You did both. You can't tell me CEO has done nothing wrong.

I’ll be more critical of him when his teams start collapsing at the end of the year like Miles’s teams did in the latter part of his coaching tenure at LSU.
LSU was preseason 11th in the AP poll and 12th in the coaches poll for 2017

Whether you want to admit it to yourself is something totally different, but it’s a fact!
Weak Leadership = Weak Institution
Weak leadership made the institution weaker by bringing in a clown to run the team. I am hoping for 5-7 this year so we can right the ship with a competent coach and AD.
