I was watching the SEC Inside and noticed something I thought was pretty cool. On CEH's last first down run to seal the game, right after he takes the first hit and spins, the camera angle is on his face and you can see his eyes looking directly at the sideline. I'm guessing he was finding the first down sticks. Man, that dude was impressive.

it was an amazing game for him. He really played the hero multiple times.

Remember the third and ten CEH converted around the 50 yard line.

People largely forgot about this play. Had he not converted LSU may have lost grip on game.

Love that play. 1:15 left. Bama 2 TO's left. We need 1 first down to run out the clock. Clyde runs 12 yards right down Bama's throat on 1st down to seal game.

You have to enjoy the irony of us sealing the game with a run when they have shut down the running game in the past x number of years.

He cemented himself into LSU lore with his performance in that game.

That 3rd and 12 catch where he broke two tackles on the sideline was exceptional. That will always be my CEH play in my head.

I loved that coming out of the last kneel, Joe went straight to Clyde and handed him the ball.

That was such a statement piece to end the 8-year slump by running it right up their gut

Not only that, but it was a run up the gut that they saw coming. He still carried half their defense with him past the sticks and there wasn’t a damn thing they could do about it.

Absolutely. His performance in that game, and on that play in particular, was the single most impressive display of will I've ever seen in a game.

His very first run of the game from deep in our own territory was awesome! You could tell right away he was on fire that day.

Too short. Too slow. Too little. "Not elite enough for LSU."

Too much heart, it turns out.

ETA: When you watch the replay, CEH fricked up Bama as much or more than Burrow did, which is impressive enough for any player, much less a diminutive running back in a pass heavy system.

And that spin move on McKinney. I'll bet he still doesn't know how he whiffed on Clyde. He's not the only defender Clyde left with that thought.

CEH won the game for us with key plays. 2 tds in a row to end the half... And then the game sealing plays at the end.

On his last TD run to the corner of the near side he broke 5 tackles.

Fingertip grab and run near the sideline to pick up a pivotal first down.

Spin away from McKinney to glide into the endzone.

TD catch before half on a perfectly ran route.

Last TD run to seal it (when I realized we were going to win).

Last run up the gut to get a 1st down, keeping his legs pumping.

And I know I'm forgetting some. It was one of the most impressive performances I can remember from a Tiger in a very long time. Just pure guts and will.
