Amie Just twitter.
Good move. Clyde is probably still an unknown to a lot of people. His footwork is going to blow some minds.
Do they do spin move drills? He would own.

#LSU RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire was banged up in the postseason, but he's going to participate in all on-field drills and testing at the NFL Combine.
Edwards-Helaire has been requested to work out at both RB and WR. It's a big couple days ahead for him.

He’ll catch everything thrown to him..that’s for sure

Great move by Clyde in my opinion.
Coming off of that late season injury, I'm sure that there are a lot of scouts that are a little iffy on him. Not a huge name, but his numbers show that he should be.
I think he'll fit right into today's NFL, especially since he can be a force on the ground and through the air. If the right team gets a hold of him, he'll be a star.

His 3 cone and shuttle could be awesome.
Really hoping he gets into the 4.5 range in the 40.

Unknown to who?

A good move. He out of all tigers there has the most to gain.

Why did yall think he was not going to work out?
He is not a sure thing 3rd rounder. If he doesn't work out he might get drafted but it will be after the 3rd round. Working out. Sorry, a good showing maybe a 2nd round but probably 3 maybe 4. But not working out he might not get drafted.

Eh there will be a frick ton of scouts at LSU’s pro day.
That being said I think He benefits from working out on a big stage.
I am Really interested in the 40.
I know he gets dogged for not having amazing top end speed BUT he gets to his top end speed very quickly, and on a short 40 yard track Could put a pretty good number.

I'm hoping CEH runs a 4.47 which was his time in HS and what Darren Sproles ran at the combine

If CEH runs a 4.47 he will be 2nd with outside shot at late 1st.

he's getting drafted. That's an insane take on this. I don't even think he would slip really if he doesn't work out at the combine. He could do it all at pro day and it wouldn't make much difference.

Awesome!

Good, the more LSU guys that work out at the combine, the more interest i have in watching/keeping up with the combine.
Will also be cool to see CEH in real time showcasing himself with other more "stereotypical" NFL running backs.

I see no scenario where he wouldn't get drafted. He runs, catches, and blocks really well, he's tough as nails and was huge in LSU's biggest games.

He is going to move up after the combine.
His agility and catching will being him closer to the top 50 picks

He is the kind of back that his 40;time won't be that big an issue.

Would make himself a TON of money.

If they all had to do the 40 with three or four guys trying to drag them down Clyde would smoke them all.

Saw on Twitter how they're going to work him out at WR as well. Guess scouts and teams really want to see how he runs routes and catches.
