I'd primarily use him to chip and be a release valve in big 3rd down situations, and only if the game is tight.

I’ve been trying to get action for a week now

Edwards-Helaire] has not practiced yet. He got with the trainers, did a little more yesterday. He felt a little sore after he worked out. I talked to him last night.

“Obviously, if Clyde is ready to play, we are going to let him play. That’s going to be a game-time decision. The trainers are going to let us know if he’s able to play, first of all, then I’m going to ask him, ‘Are you ready to play?’ Knowing Clyde, he’s going to want to play.

“Do I think he plays? Yeah. How much he plays? I don’t know. We still have a ways to go there. He’s still a little sore, he’s still not 100 percent healthy, obviously. I don’t know if he can cut yet and he doesn’t know if he can cut yet. We’ll see

Have to get there first. Still can’t understand why everyone is acting like this game will be a cake walk without one of our best players.

If he's not healthy enough to play the whole game then his marginal benefit over his replacement is not worth not having him for the national championship.

that’s a lot of misdirection from O. If Clyde plays, it will be VERY sparingly. Too much risk for the championship game.

They probably want to see how he looks in pre-game warm ups after they give him the needle.

He might just fair catch Kickoffs. Watch words carefully, bruh. In football, life and politics, watch what is said and not said - VERY carefully

I thought he tore his hamstring? Grade 2-3 tear

Does your sauce still stand by that?

Fair enough

The safe bet is he doesn’t play tomorrow given how hamstring injuries are. So you may try to act vindicated if he doesn’t play but it doesn’t change the fact that you were so sure he was done not just for this game but for the season

Where you went wrong was not admitting that there were some conflicting parts of your sources story and that it was too early for such definitive statements

Technically Swift played against us in the SEC CG.

I suspect that if Clyde plays, it will be in a similar, mostly decoy capacity.
