I agree that he should probably be a little farther down in the order against them, though. Although, I don’t think this lefty is long for this game, and I imagine the rest of their pen is made of mostly RHers, and Jobert is fine there against them. Although that’s still a lot of swing and miss back-to-back with those 2.

My guess is Jones will be replaced by Pearson/Beloso for most of SEC play but he will figure it out and be back in the starting lineup by the post season

Of all players in the line up to struggle, the DH is probably the best. At least when tommy is back at 3rd he will be. We have plenty of choices to fill DH.

Sometimes games like these makes everything click! Just like we needed that close grind out pitching dual against Texas… we may have needed this weekend to get our bats on fire.
