We just accept that it takes more than a few years to rebuild from where we were when BK took over. BK may or may not ever win a championship at LSU, but I bet he also won’t leave us with 32 scholarship players and a WR playing WB when he leaves either.
Other than 1 season, (which according to most who would know, Ed O had very little to do with), his best seasons were no better than BKs worst season so far.

The 32 players for a bowl game is an urban myth. That’s the players available for the bowl game, not opt outs like Nuss.

Not only that but he has openly bragged about how LSU paid him millions to go away. The ones who believed that dream job bullshite are nothing more than shite eating hard head catfish. He said USC was his dream job as well yet the USC administration wasn't dumb enough to fall for his con man bullshite. It's not just the roster rebuild. It's the shitshow O left behind with all the mess with Drake Davis, Derrius Guice & the Title IV drama. Many forget about that. Yes they were minimal but there were NCAA sanctions handed down that Kelly walked into while trying to fix the mess O left behind. Brian Kelly wasn't just brought in to fix the issues on the field. He was also brought in to fix the off field problems & the image of the program. The on field stuff has been a bit more challenging & Kelly didn't do himself any favors with his original defensive staff hirings.

Idk O consistently had a pretty high rated recruiting class and won a national championship here in his short stint. What has BK done that suggests heads and shoulders better at anything?
