Yes yes they are.
Not sure what Wade did in year two has to do with what he did tear one.
As bad as Johnny Jones was the team was in better shape when Wade took over than the team was when McMahon took over.

No it wasn’t.
LSU was the joke that couldn’t even make the tournament with Ben Simmons.
McMahon inherited a program that went to 4 straight tournaments top 3 in the sec over that time and was under a microscope for paying players with us now in the era of NIL and free transfers

I didn't think it was possible but we hired the white Trent Johnson at least Johnny Jones could recruit. This guy secured a bag by coaching Ja Morant wouldn't be surprised if he showed up to his radio show in a Ja jersey. Shoot he even worse than Trent because we don't even have the Country Day pipeline lol

Even if we say the team had 0 players it’s probably still better than what WW got with a shite two win team.
MM had the advantage of a fricking transfer portal and free transfers, he could build the entire team as he liked.

Wade had to hire all new coaches, he also had a two win team and didn’t have a transfer portal, didn’t have the free transfer for everyone and had players that had JJ coaching them before.
MM walked into a much easier situation.
Wade also never had us this low during year 1. We had a skid but he was still recruiting well. MM has a win over busted arse Muss. No big recruits nothing.
