Can someone help this kid meet Coach O?

Saw this on Facebook and would love nothing more than for this kid's wish to come true.
Colton is all ready for his first day of school! 3rd grade here he comes!!! He wanted all his LSU bags in his picture! And told me after I took his picture to send it to Coach O! He wants so badly to meet Coach O and I would love to see that happen for him. I have emailed, fb messaged, instagrammed and all sorts of ways to try and reach him... but so far no luck! I dont know much other than the kid is a huge LSU fan that lives in Alabama. He became a fan after watching the LSU baseball team win the SEC championship game against Arkansas. A SEC championship shirt was given to him by the team after the win and ever since then the kid has bleed purple and gold. He wants to meet coach O so badly and watches all of LSU scrimmages and games even old reruns. Let's help this kid out Tiger fans.

He was born with Spina Bifida and spent his first 196 days of life in Children’s of Alabama... he is trach and ventilator dependent... and eats nothing by mouth but has a g-tube that he gets 24 hours feeds do to severe hypoglycemia. Uses a wheelchair to get around.
He has Chiari Malformation type 2 (how his brain sits on his brain stem), has a shunt for hydrocephalus, scoliosis... has been through 38 surgeries... majority being on his brain! I’m pretty sure I have left something out. LOL This kid is super high maintenance!
