He should have went pro. He’s got a ton to fix. I think he’s out of shape, his mechanics are way too busy, his arm slot is inconsistent. He needs to go somewhere he can get a ton of reps, juco would probably be a good option.

You gonna trust him till he runs the program in the ground? You need to wake up dude. Johnson was supposed to be a stud. LSU ought to be playing this weekend.

lol. Dumb.
You understand the difference between potential and reality don’t you? It’s kinda like that fantasy land you live in.

While people are talking about his potential, he truly had a very long way to go. He was overweight and lost velocity quickly on top of having very little command of any pitch. While you want these guys to work out, it was obvious he wasn’t the premium arm he was touted to be. Not as large of a loss as we think once it all shakes out.

He’s too rough I’d be surprised if he’s picked up by any major program.

Where do some of y’all come from?

No doubt a team will be looking to bring him in to make things work. But if he doesn’t take his work seriously, he won’t progress anywhere.

I agree. I think best case is he follows Aiden Moffett’s path. Go from unplayable to moderate contributor the back half of year 2, then go from there. Still hoping Moffet comes back.

Maryland might be an option. Go back home and probably jump right into their rotation and start work.

Some of y'all are just never going to like the guy and I truly do not get it.

Unbelievable.

I’d think UGA is a likely landing spot for Cam.

No you are. You guys are sold on JJ. Hell he could sell Alex Box and yall would trust him. Last year, John was a high draft pick. “j” was praying Johnson would come to campus. He did but didn’t play. The kid has potential but “J” didn’t think so.

Needs to go somewhere he can figure it out on the mound in games. Can’t really do that at LSU.

Nothing against him, but I'm more disappointed about Moffett leaving.

Yeah, I was surprised how low his velocity was every time he got in.

GA Tiger disagrees. He saw 100 mph lasers and sweeping curves, baw

I wish Jay would sell Alex box and we build an entirely new stadium. Great idea, GA
