And all the black lesbians want Sophie banned because she doesn't kiss feet.

That’s not in the DNA of most of the league’s women. Most of the women cater to about 6.5% of the women population. They hate all the rest.

This. WNBA realized it wouldn't succeed as a competitive sport, so it became wrastlin.

Clark and Cunningham are the "faces."

Inept officiating is just like when the ref would have his back turned as Jake the Snake clocked Ultimate Warrior with a chair.

Culture Wars are the story lines.

Probably a smart move, but there is still too much bad basketball being played in between the story lines to truly take off.

Doesn't matter
She's a very attractive woman in a field of extremely unattractive women. She also doesn't seem to GAF about toting company line. If she's decent she will play as long as she wants BUT I see her burning out within a few seasons.

She is THE most marketable player in her sport (post career), and if she wants will make millions after her career in marketing/advertising/modeling/being hot

None of them are very good. I guess they are by women’s standards if thats what you mean.

Nothing says “If you let these people just play it out, they will destroy each other” like the WNBA.

I believe it because Clark and Cunningham are the only wnba players I could name.

Really?

Those two plus Angel Reese are the only WNBA players I know exist, so I don't doubt it.

They're hated because they are straight white females that are good players

Wait, TD.com, home of misogyny and racism, only likes the two white cishet women?!? Color me shocked!

ETA: As a Tiger fan, Reese, Morrow and Flaujae are my faves.

The WNBA would be a hell of a lot more popular if the played without any jerseys at all.

Traditionally the primary demographic, women and girls buy team jerseys to support players like Caitlin Clark, A'ja Wilson, and Sabrina Ionescu.

You might be right:

As detailed in GQ, men increasingly wear female athlete jerseys as a statement of support for women's sports and gender equality.

honestly, everybody talks about racism, and anti lgbtq, but i think it's just because white people have more disposable income to buy things like this

Seems logical.
