Yes.
I can’t compare elite players at different levels of their careers to each other? Mikayla really does move fluidly like a guy. It’s very noticeable.

The best comparison IMO. She, like Pete was, is a complete player, a great scorer, ball handler and passer. There is no real weakness in her game.

I love Seimone… fantastic Tiger… but she functioned as a gear in a three person machine - Fowles, Johnson, Augustus. Clark is the machine for Iowa. One person team. LSU just did not have that play style back then.

She has ZERO comparison to Pete on handling a basketball. I mean, she is good. Lobo was good, Bird was good, Augustus was great handling a ball, Parker was great. All of those players would crush her because of one thing - size. She is a toothpick with zero strength.
It is obvious people that try to make this comparison never saw him play.
It is kind of like saying Pete was white and couldn’t jump. NOTHING could be further from the truth. He could sky and hang.

How many tuned in to her games the past couple of weeks? I did. I watched all of our women's games, but rarely watch other teams in this league just for a player. She is must watch tv. I agree with the poster that says she reminds me of Larry Bird in style.

Dude she just took on the defending National champs, who were on a 42 game winning streak, damn near by herself and won. SC threw the kitchen sink at her and couldn’t stop her. I don’t know if Clark is the best wbb player ever but I can say without a doubt I’ve never been more entertained by a woman playing basketball. Every WNBA team is probably trying to figure out how to get a shot at drafting her because she will put butts in the seats guaranteed.

She is the Pistol in passing, she shoots and has unlimited range like Chris Jackson and shooting motion more like Stef Curry, and handles the pick and roll to the big blond like Stockton n Malone.
Must watch TV, she is the best lady college BB player I have ever seen, mostly always in control, can pass, shoot, and smart as she had 2 fouls early and not another till the end of the game. If she could take a 3 minute break until the tv timeout each half she would have even more in the tank.

And she plays good defense. Of course she’s not as good as Pete, but she is like Pete was to his competition. Her range is insane, but she does everything well. Iowa wouldn’t even be ranked without her. She is insanely good and makes her teammates much better. She is the best female player that I’ve ever seen.

some early Connecticut teams were spectacular. had a lovely Russian whose injury ended her career but she was with bird Taurasi era. they romped and stomped.
there have been a few.
