Why would we promote a guy with no coordinator experience?

Enough of these threads please..
We get it Pelini is the problem.
We just have to ride this one out for a year.
And maybe something happens.

Well if Pelini keeps stinking it up, maybe you let CR show you what he can do and use those last few games as his audition for the full time role.

If O has to cut Pelini loose after this year, his next DC will be the most important hire he's ever made. Could make or break his tenure here.
Nothing against Raymond, but I'd think O gets a somewhat proven commodity, and with success more recent than 13 years ago. Hopefully a younger up and coming DC, similar scenario as Aranda when Les hired him.

One thing about coach O he'll make the correction. You just don't fire another coach in midseason unless it's an absolute dumpster fire of a situation.
IMO I believe it's partly personal a few players need to sit while a few more need to play. I'd like to see more of LB Sampah and White and sit Clark as he looks lost. Even Stevens looks out of position. He should never be in pass coverage downfield as he should be up to the line like they played Delpit.
Flott is having his problems as well.

If raymond was capable of turning it around we wouldnt be lost in the secondary under him, now.

Have you watched the defensive backfield this year? You think that guy needs a promotion?

If things keep spiraling for Carolina, Muschamp may be available

Can we stop hiring former LSU coordinators and hoping they’ve still got it please?
We just saw a freshman qb impose his will on Muschamp. No fricking thank you
