LSU converted a 3rd and 4th down through the air on the last drive.

Lol every single play the Auburn technique was to latch on to a receiver and ride them out of bounds, it was every play

Who is to say that LSU's receivers wouldn't have then actually caught those balls and turned them into TDs?

Our receivers weren't getting any separation aside from Diliion on the td. I don't know if thats a product of Auburn's DB's or LSU's receivers.

Penalties were legit, Aubies are just butthurt.

I understand the butthurt though. Two very evenly matched teams. Play that game 10 times and each wins 5.

First, they were screaming that the win was a "fluke" based on "bogus calls".

Now, it's "they wouldn't have won had it not been for those calls!"

Yeah, no shite genius. You can't do that. Nobody would complete a pass if it was allowed, which is the point of it drawing a penalty.

If this officiating crew was in Auburn in 2006, LSU might have won the national title that year.

That DPI on 4th and 7 was the real game changer.

Oh I forgot...

He's not complaining about officiating, you jackasses! He's complaining about poor play by the Auburn DB's. He makes some good points. They did interfere at some critical times and the penalties hurt them very badly.

Damn that is probably the worst bias writing I have seen by a journalist. Fans should not write the story. Haha

The article is clearly blaming the officials. His sentence about Burrow desperately throwing a pass downfield to be bailed out by auburn db's pass interference is pretty much a blatant statement about the officials It's basically saying without those calls we wouldn't have won.

Bitch, whine, moan. Doesn't change 22-21. Auburn shite the bed, simple as that.

You know what else would have hurt them badly? If unmolested LSU receivers would have caught those passes.

The angle that writer takes 100% removes LSU from the picture.

We won the game, why should anyone care what an Auburn reporter writes, means nothing.

How about this?

quote:

"I feel like we lost our focus because ain't no way another team gets a fourth-down play on us," defensive end Marlon Davidson said. "They don't convert that. We hold our defense to a different standard. We play hard on third, fourth, first, second down. No matter what, nobody don't get nothing on us. That's the pride of our defense, because we're stupid D, and we let that down today."

When you mug the wr while ball is in the air and dont turn around ... it's interference... the number of times called has nothing to do with it

Yes, he is lying

#20 had the angle on Dillon and got both hands on him near the sideline, but could not push him out or bring him down
