Jefferson is just so solid.

He does everything pretty well.
He’s not elite at any one thing about he’s very good at everything he needs to be goood at.

I think his route running must be elite because he always seemed to be open (and sometimes wide-open too) when none of our other WRs were open last year.

Our WR corps is loaded and Jefferson is no doubt the leader, bur I think Chase is the best WR on the roster and will explode this year.

It'll be...

1a - Chase
1b - Jefferson
2 - Marshall

By year end. Chase is going to beast it up, but I can't see Marshall surpassing Jefferson

Be on the lookout for Justin Jefferson this season

Jefferson/Chase/Marshall is like Davis/Bowe/Doucet on speed.

The difference is the guys backing up Jefferson, Chase, and Marshall are also all extremely capable recievers.

I was not a fan of the O hire. I never shite on him, because I always took the stance that that does no good. But I was very skeptical. I will say that he has recruited at an elite level and with our depth at almost every position (except OLine, and I believe we will get there), he has put these guys into a position to have a ton of success.

I’m not the one who constantly posts on this site that I don’t think our top receiver is any good.

This is a picture of Private Panic. He is in the background on the left. It explains why he hates Justin Jefferson so much.

As much as I like Chase, who went to my HS, Terrace Marshal looks like the best talent out there to me. His yards after catch will be the difference. We should throw three or four screens to him every game.

But all three of our starters are elite. Jefferson will have a great career in the NFL.

Personally, I believe he will be outshined by Chase & Marshall

I know you're getting a lot of crap for this, partially because you so often seem to be trolling I suspect, but I think this is a probably true. At the very least I expect those guys to have a larger percentage of the pass targets and Jefferson's percentage of targets to decrease.

That's not a knock on Jefferson, it was pretty obvious last season that Burrow and Jefferson synced up quickly and the other recievers took longer. That was at least partially due to the limited reps Burrow got from coming over so late. You saw the distribution spread out as the season progressed, partially because defenses started keying on jefferson and partially because Joe became more comfortable with the other recievers.

I expect that Joe has his rhythm down with all the receivers now and I expect the passing to be less Jefferson heavy this season.

Marshall was not 100% last year, recovering from a leg injury his senior year of hs. He is now healthy and will be a stud.

I don't think Marshall allows that to happen.

Ok I wrote it down. But unfortunately that’s not how things work. I also wrote down “15-0 national champs” to test my theory out.

No one should be upset if the two most talented receivers on the roster show out this season. That is a good thing.

It's not a good thing for you.

If the receivers show out that just means your team will have to deal with Eaux and his stacked roster for years to come.
