Modern DBU Secondary
I picked 2005 since 15 years is a nice round number. I know this leaves off guys like Reed, Davey, Clayton, Toefield, and others.
Pick:
1 QB, and then 3 WRs and 1 RB, OR
1 QB, 2 WRs, and 2 RB
Limit $18

$5 - Burrow, Russell
$4 - Mettenberger, Flynn
$3 - Etling, Perriloux
$2 - Jefferson, Lee

It felt really wrong to put D. William in the $1 category, but the caliber of backs that has come through LSU has been really astounding. Also, not every WR in the past 15 years is on here. Probably the most contributing WRs I left off were the Mitchells.

Getting college Malachi Dupre at $2 is a steal, he would have been very good with someone other than Jennings or Harris throwing to him the majority of his career. Also, I think Trey Quinn or Bennie Brazell should be on there over Chris Tolliver I don't really remember Tolliver contributing much.

The OP doesn't say what the dollar amount is. The original DBU thread was $15. It seems like $18 is too easy here. With $15, I'd take:
Burrow

Charles Scott
If I had $3 for $18 total, I would just substitute CEH for Charles Scott.
My thinking is I don't care who I have at WR if I have Burrow at QB.
