It created messes for him, like the time Orgeron pulled up to a woman at a gas station wearing exercise attire. “Hey, you look like you work out,” he said, according to multiple sources. “We could work out together.” The woman informed Orgeron she was married and pregnant, to which he responded, “Why does that matter?”

Are you intentionally missing the point? He could not manage football operations because he was whoring so much.

How could he not have accepted the buyout? They have to pay him. Was he going to keep showing up for work?

That's the problem when someone has professionally reached a point farther than his wildest dreams and has enough money than he can spend in his lifetime. His focus and motivation to achieve more appears to be gone.

I just meant things being settled relatively quietly & amicably, timing of agreement, settled prior to UF but no antics going in, etc

All this getting out, has me thinking Fickell and Aranda must be very high on the list for next HC..

They would be a break from the three previous asschasing Natty winners.

What would have been best for LSU, and coincidentally, himself, would have been to stay focused and put in the work to lead the program.

You are absolutely correct. Whatever his problems at home couldn't come at a worse time. Likewise, the challenge to handle complaints about plyer off field actions. We all make mistakes and we all suffer consequences. Let's hope that this is a positive for Ed in the long run. He had a wonderful run in 2019 and that season produced longstanding riches for the school, the players and coaches.

Oh no, he had a life outside of work. The horror.

The head public figure of LSU football is soliciting sex from married pregnant women at gas stations and that's your take on it? No big deal? Christ you people are dense.
