One of my buddies works with him. By all accounts he's hard working and eager/quick to learn. All around good kid from what he's said.

He hasn’t been playing or practicing football. That’s a terrible idea.

I don’t understand people who denigrate Brennan. Guy did nothing but support LSU. He waited his time and got hurt twice. Brennan did more for LSU than a fat frick like the Egg ever will but you want to make fun of him.

When the local sports radio guys talk about irredeemably dumb fans, they mean you, chief.

Good God.

It has nothing to do with Brennan. It’s all those “fat fricks” that fawned over him for 14 years or however long he played, and smugly shouted down anyone who suggested that he might be more limited than they thought.

His contribution is noted, but I’ve never seen a player praised so much for so little in the long run.

"The pressure tore the muscle off his pelvic bone and his hip."

"Still, through adrenaline and will, Brennan finished the entire game, completing 29 of 48 passes for 430 yards and four touchdowns, including a 75-yard strike to Marshall."

An injury so rare they were going to name the surgical procedure after him had he elected to do it.

Yet people here want to still call him a quitter. I can't fault him for wanting to put his body and health over a game.

Brennan wasn’t limited. He got hurt. He looked great until the Missouri game and sat behind Joe Burrow before that. He just had bad luck.
