I don't know what it is, but it just feels like there is something missing with Myles. It's definitely not his toughness, skill or commitment to his team. I admire the kid and I'm pulling for him. I just don't see the same command and leadership on the field or the sidelines. It also seems like he's left out of the some of the celebrations after big plays. It just feels like there's a missing connection in some of the relationships. Granted I can only see what the camera shows so I could be way off. The QB position and the offense just seem to run differently when Johnson is back there.

We have a good problem and it's gonna be a pretty good battle for the starting job. In the end I still think it's Brennan's to lose.

Maybe your trying to compare him with Burrow and that is just something that should not be done

all the qb's from last year will have the leadership you are looking for.

You better get used to Myles the starter, because although Max is the better QB, he won't be the starter because Myles will transfer. Which means that after TJ Finely also inevitably transfers, it would only leave true freshman and under sized Nussmeier as the back up QB.

I can tell you that the best WR on the team thinks that Max will be the starter.

This is a worse take than the ones saying CPM shouldn’t be fired

Funny that TJ was given those 1st few starts & is now an afterthought.

TJ proved last year he isn't ready for this stage & if you think any differently watch the spring game.

I think I get where you're coming from. In interviews he just seems timid or unsure of himself. Like he's saying the words but the eyes and the facial expression doesn't believe them. Hopefully that's just a kid nervous in front of a camera and a microphone and he's different in the locker room and huddle.

He started just 3 games. check those 3 game stats dufus. Yeah name Max the starter and enjoy Brennan playing another 1-2 years against LSU at another SEC school.

He's entering the transfer portal the next day if not named the starter. Then you have a Johnson and Finley combo for this season.

Fisher and Kiffin would take him just to spite and weaken LSU. Saban is losng Mac Jones, Florida is losing Trask. That's 4 credible possibilities there. So of those 4, which one should he transfer to?

Saban would love to stick it to Orgeron as well.

you're getting downvoted, but you're not wrong. We all see it.

It's an intangible and is very hard to define, but you know "it" when you see it. Some guys take the field and it's clear they're in complete control of the team. Others don't.

Brennan doesn't have that.

Well I will say this... that if Myles entered the transfer portal that Saban would be calling the next day at the latest....
