Last I’ve been told, MB has a hip injury and could be out for some time. In my sources opinion, Max is better but the reps are being split 50/50 between he and Tj right now.

If this is true, Max or TJ had better be another version of Kyle Trask or we are screwed.

The defense is stopping nobody this year.

For clarity, I meant Max is ahead of TJ, not MB

This could be more of a blessing than a curse. The way Myles has been playing thus far, there's no doubt he would've declared for the draft at the end of the season. Now, if he's out for a prolonged period of time it pretty much secures him to stay another year. Hopefully this means the D can get their shite together to make another potential title run in 2021.

yes he’s playing good, but he still has a long way to go as to reading defenses and making audibles himself. Prolly would see him come back to improve on that aspect.

Maybe, but until he faced the better defenses to prove himself, there would still be major questions.

Agree.

Not happening IMO. There’s too much to overcome even if we get Smith and Foreman for this defense to sustain a title run in ‘21. I don’t think Pelini will be here next year, so they’ll probably be learning another defense.

2022 looks better after Nussmeier has a year under his belt at LSU and Walker Howard is in his first year. And that’s only if a good hire is made at DC.

Are you fricking kidding me? Brennan and Marshall were the only things working on this team.

LSU should just opt out the rest of the season.

TJ. Dude is huge and athletic! 6’6 240

So was Brandon Harris!

Can he throw an accurate ball?

Can he run the Offense?

Can he read defenses?

Can he process information quickly?

Some of you guys just never learn. Never.......

B Harris was like 6’3 210-215 pounds. Far from huge lol. He was slim like Myles when he got here. Also definitely was not athletic. He was a pocket guy that maybe could move around the pocket a little. Not sure who you were watching.
