They don't want to pitch to him even with the bases empty. Put Chinea number 2 and let him feast on fastballs.

i like the lineup how it is but Ive many times been curious lately how it would be with Bregman, Chinea, Scivique in the 2-3-4 part of order.

Email the coach and tell him. I'm sure he'll listen.

I've having lunch with Paul Mainieri at the moment. I'll let him know your genius lineup change.

You do realize the lead off guy is only guaranteed to bat lead off once a game?

Well he is technically correct. That's not the point though. The lead off batter on average gets more ABs than everyone else.

But It is possible that the lead off hitter will only be the first batter up with no outs in an inning just that one time.

Yes we should put a guy who hits among the most HRs on the team in the leadoff spot

I think a change would possibly improve LSU's ranking. Oh wait.....never mind.

Not a bad thread. OP wasn't bashing coaching or the program.

Bregman is very much a good lead off type... As for the home run comment, home runs are obviously not very important in the CBB game right now.

Do we have one in this regional yet?

For any of the four teams?

I love how a fan gets on here and voices his opinion on a subject, with good intentions BTW, and is flamed for doing so.

As far as the point of the OP, he's perfect where he is. As good as Bregman is, he hits into a lot of outs. The reason he is on base all the time is because he is in the perfect spot in the lineup
