Never had a fight with him to his benefit because I would have broke him in half
My dealings with him have been strictly been about basketball and I never played or coached. It’s all about his attitude

That was a impressive interview. Brad Davis seems like a great guy and coach that will make our OL dominant. Brian Kelly knocked it out the park with all the coaching hires. I believe LSU will win a championship with these coaches. "Let's Ride"

I'm not the biggest fan of Jordy, he gives a chuckle and says, "You know what I mean" just about every 15 seconds, but to say he's bad at his job is inaccurate.
I think a lot of his takes are off and he threw a fit when Wade got fired, yet when he had Woodward on his show, he had absolutely nothing to say to him about it.
I have to commend Jordy for rolling the dice and starting his own thing - something a lot of people don't have the balls to do. I have no idea how he gets all of these people in studio, but when Brad Davis, Nuss, Joe Sloan, Arcement, Boutte, Frank Wilson, and Woodward are on - I'm 100% going to listen. I don't think Jordy cares about being liked/disliked, I think he just wants to be relevant as evident by his admiration for Clay Travis. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, and it was actually incredible when his producer couldn't get the audio working on an interview one morning and Jordy threw his headphones and just ended the show right there.
Also - when he first had Mikie on his show, I got second hand embarrassment for Mikie because of how bad and unnatural he sounded. Mikie eventually found his groove and now I think his show Mike'd Up might be the best LSU related show out there, which is something I never saw coming. Mikie and J-mitch are fantastic and their interviews with CJJ and other recruits are 10/10

Really good interview. Brad is a great coach. He will have the O-line ready. Nice to hear how Will coming along and setting an example. Great compliment for first year at LSU. Can’t wait for some football!!!

To the OP……yes, LSU is lucky to have Brad Davis. Solid young coach who will only get better. Isn’t it nice having a head coach that recognizes talent?

Not really. He has excellent guests and does a good job interviewing.
Those guys like him have a terrible job, when there is not sports, in season. They have to fill in the air time.
He seems to handle it better than most others in a similar format.
His interviews with the staff have all been positive and informative.
