Brad Davis said that when he was the interim coach, a lot of the coaches were in and out. He said grad assistants and analysts were doing most of the coaching getting ready for the bowl game.
Brian Kelly told him he wanted him to stay on staff when they went to visit Emery Jones at Catholic. Kelly saw Davis tell Emery to go to LSU regardless if he was still there or not because LSU was the best place for him to go.
Davis said Emery Jones was going to Arkansas if he still was the oline coach there and he and Emery’s mom grew up in the same area and is close with his family.
He tells Will Campbell that regardless of how great he is, he will always recruit better players than him because that is part of recruiting.
He said he recruits players that has his type of personality
If it was up to him, he would recruit Louisiana guys because they are tougher than everybody else.
He sounded pretty positive about who he was going to sign this class and with news of DJ Chester to LSU warming up today, sounds good with the other instate

Kind of hard to turn around bad coaching and no talent in 1 year! It'll get much better now that the house has been cleaned.

Dude based on what you fruit cake? I listen to him everyday. It’s great even if i cant get on live i can listen easy. They do a great job. Great guests.

He had them good enough for TDP to break the school's single game rushing record without his guys. Just wait until he get his recruits here.
