swinging for the fence every at bat
Since they tied the game last night, the only time they haven't done that was the Bregman-Fraley-McMullen sequence.
And it's the only one that worked.

And Stony Brook could hit better than Houston.
Stony Brook could flat out rake, but Houston is great as scratching runs across.

Thought Houston was 10?
RPI continues to change even after regionals are decided. So they moved 10 to 2 this weekend.

RF typically has the strongest arm
Still, we're talking about the strength of the kid's arm and not the field it was hit to. Guess I'm nitpicking, though. This board is just being temperamental as hell and it is getting pretty annoying.

UH players have exceptional plate discipline

Hell it's still a tie game. Way to early to give up.

Oh for frick's sake, I simply responded to the assertion that people are pissed b/c LSU isn't playing flawless. Stop being an over reactive douche bag.

out of the inning no damage done... anyone got Jobu's rum?
Posted on 6/2/14 at 7:58 pm to lsutigers1992
I know the swinging for the fences is not working but we are squaring up a lot of balls. If they were a lot of pop ups to the infield than I say change the approach. But if you hit the ball hard stick with the same approach they will eventually fall.

I wonder if Bugg will improve his velocity over his time here. A guy that big has got to be able to throw low 90s. Seems like he's sitting 87-88 tonight.
