TTT - So Leah Vann feels 5 loss Arkansas is deserving of being ranked higher than others with fewer losses, because Ark was missing their QB a few games. But she has no sympathy at all for a depleted LSU team missing players and that missed one extra point?
To Leah Vann, I know you’re reading this. Kelly isn’t asking for favoritism nor sympathy, but he does want YOU and others to show some damn respect for a group of LSU young men that worked their butts off, some that walked on, and many that transferred here just so LSU could field enough players to be a competitive football team. Show some damn respect or get out of the business of covering LSU sports.

You have every news paper and or source of info in your hand why pick probably one of the worse newspapers in America?? More so some attention craving woman that says or does something stupid about LSU every few weeks to get said attention. It’s sad really

This girl knows less than 99% of the Rant. Why would anyone gaf what she thinks. Her reasoning on things sounds just like a girl that has absolutely no clue about sports. LOL, Arkansas was missing a player a few games...how many other teams were missing a player a few games? The advocate hired her to cover baseball originally. She didn’t know what a hit and run was. She didn’t understand a double play or how to score it. She still makes a ton of mistakes. That’s the standard the advocate has for their sports reporters.

The irony is that she is just one of many that has absolutely no clue what she is doing when voting.
She would be better served just to come out and say that she has no clue, but is willing to put in the work to learn everything she can. If she used the humble "I'm learning guys" method, I'm sure people would be much more forgiving and give her more of a chance. JMO

She’s based in Louisiana, so she’s well aware of what LSU and Coach Kelly had to endure to build a team in January. And she casts these ballots! Why would anyone think that 2 loss LSU should be ranked ahead of 1 loss USC?
Just b/c we beat Alabama doesn't dissolve the fact that we got the shite kicked out of us at home by Tennessee, or that we lost to FSU at "home" b/c we didn't know how to kick a fricking extra point. Beating Alabama doesn't make you the best team in the country. Oregon getting killed by UGA doesn't mean we are better than USC.
We've beaten two ranked teams, and calling Ole Miss a ranked team is being nice considering what they've looked like the last 4 games. Their best win this year is against Kentucky, followed by Vandy.
