What’s the newspaper’s job?

To sell papers first and report second.

How do they do that? Sensational headlines.

Exactly, did he call out his special team and OC coaches. Hell no!

Losing is acceptable and expected this year, especially to a top 10 team on the come up.

Losing the way they did... isn't.

We never gave ourselves a chance to compete yesterday. We were playing a better team and we gave them gifts. When you give gifts to a good team you get your butt whipped

Anyone with any football sense capable of critical thinking is realizing that being disorganized and clueless this far into the season is a major problem, especially when we gave Kelly a blank check for himself and his staff.

The only thing the Advocate is good for is pee pads for your dog, or wrapping glass for storage.

Denbrock sucked long ago and still sucks. CBK went and brought this noncreative washed up OC to the toughest conference and spent all offseason preparing an inaccurate QB.

It's interesting that the narrative on Denbrock is that he is "washed up" and "noncreative" considering he averaged 37 ppg and over 500 ypg last year at Cincinnati and similar stats in prior years he has been there. I would say his offense works fine when it's got time to be implemented and better personnel.

Do you don’t think the local media matters in sports. (Lol) Ok bro.

Let me explain this to you the media now reflects the mood attitude and opinion of the people in the area. They used to try to influence but now they really just read the table and reflect it back.

They are saying because boosters are thinking and saying it.

I will be honest I didn’t even watch that shite after halftime.

If they lose this weekend, it will be 2 alarm fire

They try to make supercharged comments to get clicks. Nothing more nothing less.

That’s modern “journalism”

What? I’m calling out the advocate the primary paper in Baton Rouge for having a hipster girl from Texas with no ties to LSU as their beat reporter. One who was unprofessional in her interactions with Brian Kelly.

You definitely posted that to make fun of how she looks

Our local media is far more reliable as for as reflecting the mood of everyone. The media did not hire nor recommend the LSU guy who claims to be a special teams coach. He’s special alright.
