The baby has been born. Boutte posted on Instagram. Momma & baby both look healthy.

I’d say it’s a great start because if he didn’t give a shite he wouldn’t be there for his child’s birth! Experiencing birth for the first time is a change in life at that very moment even bigger when you find out she got pregnant!

Are you serious?

Dang...if true he's doing life backwards...

I guess if you can make millions in the NFL...you don't have to be smart or mature about starting a family before marriage...

I’m totally jock sniffing when I say having a child is a big deal. That’s definitely the right conclusion to draw

Or miss a quarter or two before he would have been pulled any way.

Congrats to him and well wishes. I think BK doesn't care if he plays or not and prolly not. Indications are he's toxic. In life, you are never guaranteed a QB who can read the coverage and find you open. We have to play the hands were dealt.

And, that’s what an expectant father is supposed to do. Kudos young man!

Well, I agree with most of the positive sentiment. However, I would assume this is a scheduled delivery. Why would one schedule a delivery on a friday or saturday during football season when you are suppose to be a key member of the team? There was likely at least a 7 day window to schedule this, at least. This really isn't adding up.

You know, across the nation there are probably dozens of kids born to college football players during the season. But this is the first I've heard of a key player missing a game several days? after the birth. I'm not saying it hasn't happened, but I haven't heard of it. But, if he is truly missing the game for this reason to him. Well, either way.

Boutte announced he was going pro after his fr year
That tells you where his mindset has been and is right now
He missed an easy td against fsu because he didn’t want to get hit over the middle
He’s checked out and I doubt we see him play again

Just off the top of my head

Family comes first for Kansas State football player Timmy Horne.

On Monday, Horne's wife, Jasmine, gave birth to their daughter, Simone Nevaya Horne. Timmy Horne, who was already in Houston for the 2022 Texas Bowl against LSU, returned to Kansas to be with his wife and their newborn baby.

Originally, Horne's wife wasn't scheduled to give birth next week, but the baby came early. In turn, Horne will not play for the Wildcats in their bowl game, choosing to spend time with his family.

No issues with this.

Congrats Boutte family! You can play football every day of the week, you can’t be a first time father again.

Doctors wouldn’t let Kayshon hold his son because they were afraid he was going to drop him
