The game was a lot of fun and the crowd was into it throughout. Wish we could see these two schools play here more.

LSU fans were quite in the first half because they were watching LSU play like shite. Second half was loud.

The refs almost ruined the damn event.

It was fun tho and the la tech band being there helped the atmosphere.

Would love to see LSU play in more of these.

For this to be a Tech "home" game, LSU fans outnumbered them way better than 2 to 1, maybe 3 or 4 to 1.

Entry to the arena was seemless. Parking and exiting was good, much better than Baton Rouge.

The only downside to the night was that cocksucker white referee who tried to make damn sure everyone had their eyes on his arse calling stupidly. He bailed Tech out more than a bail bondsman on Saturday night in New Orleans.

And Tari Eason was the best player on the floor.

There was more LSU fans but not 3 or 4 to 1. A lot of Tech and LSU fans were sitting in the same sections.

I’d venture to say there are quite a few on here that went to both schools such as myself.

Was a great event and hope it becomes a regular event. Was an awesome night for both fan bases, local pride came through on that killer court design and 2 great programs to match up in basketball.

Only complaints were it was HOT at first....think they waited to kick the air on, the concession lines were long as frick all night...except for the bars to get those sweet massive beers and the players should have spent that much time wiping the court.

All in all glad I attended and 100% would again!

It did get pretty damn hot!!

Thought the atmosphere was great. My only other issue aside from the heat is there was a big screen hanging above mid-court but it apparently wasn't working or maybe is not programmed to work at this point. No video highlights or replays, not player scores or stats. Geez even that little court out in Niceville had player and team stats displayed for the fans to see. I thought that odd. If that info was available anywhere in the arena it was not visible from where I sat.

Tech band repeatedly played "Neck" completed with the band singing the "talkin' out the side of your neck" part (G-rated version). Wasn't sure if it was a troll, or if has just gotten to be that every band but LSU plays it now.

Yea didn't like that either. Lot of fans in my section were clamoring for some stats....seems like BGA wasn't REALLY ready to host a college basketball game, but good on them for trying....I think it's things that get worked out for hopefully the next edition

If Tech had controlled the ticket sales, they could have sold that place out. There were at least 3K empty seats in that arena.

That being said, I really enjoyed the split crowd atmosphere. LSU should have brought 8 or so cheerleaders and one of the many Mike's we have on scholarship.

Pretty sure he’s using that to describe which one he was talking about. He was the only one of that description on a 3-man crew…
