Dude got his money.
Why work your @ss off when you can do very little to absolutely nothing and get paid the exact same thing? BK's entire contract is passive income.
Dude can binge watch Netflix shows and play video games all day in the office and he's still getting paid.

Just because money would cause you to slack off at work, does not mean it would cause everyone to.

I don’t think BK is a slacker. I just don’t think he is a fit here, given it’s the SEC and a coach has to deal with too many other parameters that ND type establishments don’t have to.

Member when Kalen Deboar - a new first year HC - put a beatdown on us while making the same $$? He didn't sit on his laurels.
Member when Sunbelt Billy put a beatdown on us while making 1/3 of what CBK makes?
There is zero justification for how terrible our team is. We hired Grindin Brian to manage our football team and our team is terrible is every single aspect - run game, throwing downs, ST is alright I suppose, defense, defensive schemes, playmaking abilities, tackling and personnel.
^ This is all on the head coach.

Probably hard to tell young men to compete and go "earn it" when the HC doesn't have to earn it.
Maybe the players should get their NIL payments and keep their starting positions regardless of how they practice. If the HC doesn't have to earn it then why do the players?

The mindless blind hatred of BK is amazing. The team sucks, and is not that talented. I’m sure the coaching, esp the offensive coaching, could be better but overall this is the least talented LSU team in decades. No need to create silly dream scenarios about BK to explain the season.

Perhaps he should chew on his players and coaches in practice and get it right there. BK is only as good as his assistants. Saban was great regardless of his assistants. He made his assistants get on his level. BK hires assistants so BK can do less.

Even off season conditioning is an issue. There is no fire in the players’ bellies. They look weak.
