I love Drew Brees's pre-game huddle speeches. "Win! Win! Win! Win!" I want a high-intensity message from him that ends with something like "On Monday night, my house is YOUR house."

Daniel Cormier would be cool. I know he's more of a Lafayette guy but hes Louisiana first, and damn proud of that. The Baddest Man on the Planet, King of the Monsters, is who we need for this, and he's great on the mic, he'd actually be good at it (more like McGraw than Booger).
