Skenes with the old seams would have to start his slider behind the right handed batters box. It wouldn't even be fair.

Agreed...Great pitchers all of them. Besides Skene's did any of them throw 100+ and mid 90's late in the 6th or 7th innings

McDonald played for LSU for 3 years and also played on the basketball team. He won the Golden Spikes, the Olympic gold medal and lead LSU to Omaha twice. Dude was a complete stud.

Skenes is a really good pitcher that is using LSU to improve his draft stock. I don’t blame him and I’m glad he’s here but McDonald was a workhorse and true Tiger.

Single season. I’d say Skenes all day. He’s going to break the single season record for K’s per 9
