See this is my biggest problem. Sure, Verse is good, but we have two guys who who were true freshman against them last year who are now STUDS. The guy playing Center for us didn't know how to snap the ball.
Our OL is MILES better to start this season.

they aren't wrong in that whoever wins the LOS generally wins the game. i like our OL/DL. it will be a good matchup their DL vs our OL, but i like our DL vs their OL.

I mean comparing someone to Pat P and comparing someone to Wingo is totally different. I believe Fiske was the #1 ranked defensive lineman in the transfer portal, similar to what Wingo was.so they should be hopeful.

Alexander was an All American at Southeastern. Yes, its FCS but he was still one of the very top guys in that division.

THere is a reason they have 5th year seniors and upper classmen on their team. They arent good enough to go to the NFL.
The SEC is FILLED with NFL talent on the DL. We did fine against them as the line gelled.

Their defensive line is actually really good, our OL will have a helluva test. But the good thing is our OL is improved and our DL is pretty good too. I do think they have one of the best D-Line's we will see the entire season. Only Bama and Georgia are comparable.
But with that being said the secondary is not that good. I think our WRs are going to have a field day against them. Their linebackers are actually going to have a long day trying to cover Diggs out of the backfield and Mason at Tight End.

That fair and I get what your point is now.
I guess my point is that I don’t know why people get so worked up about things that FSU fans say. I’ve seen people on here compare this game to 2011 Oregon, compare JD to Burrow, etc. Every team has fans with dumb takes.

LSU’s offensive style and J Daniels strengths matchup well with FSU. Short passing game will feast , as will the running backs when they hit the second level.

That's why I rather revel in a final game win than bragging about what might happen. Just me I guess. I'm a LSU fan but want to enjoy it after we win.

Yes losing Maason Smith was a blow. But honestly outside of Jared Verse their DL is pretty average

The FSU hype is coming from how they finished last season, winning 6 straight. 5 of those 6 came against teams who finished below .500. The other win came against a 7-6 Syracuse team who lost their final 6 games.
