The best thing about this is that Ben works for ESPN. I know he does his thing on the SEC Network, technically, but it's still part of the ESPN "family" of networks. So for Ben to speak his mind about a major ESPN figure head (and hypocritical jerk) like Vitale, takes some real guts.

I was thinking the other day about possible GOOD replacements at AD (I haven’t clicked on any of those threads) and I came up with the obvious Les Miles, and the less obvious John Brady (he’s been in CWW’s corner since this started), but I love the idea of Big Ben.

Bear in mind, also, that Ben has the chops to call Dickie V out like that. People forget that Ben came to LSU as a basketball player for Dale. He played a season and only dropped it once it became obvious his real future was in baseball.

It’s great Ben is doing this but still only a few national sports fans know who he is.
We need a person like Shaq or Booger or Barkley or maybe a media guy like Lebatard (who dislikes V btw) to call V out on his hypocrisy.
Seriously almost every time he bashes WW, he white knights for Petino who is clearly as morally bankrupt as the come both as a coach and as a human being.
